In other words, as we develop more services, we would like to perform case studies of those services for FREE.  You get feedback on areas that can increase your profitability without any extra cost, and we get a chance to iron out the implementation wrinkles.  After three months, we’ll see.  Maybe an extended FREE scenario, maybe a discount offered, maybe full cost (since the features will provide sustained value).

 

EXPENSE FOCUS

These services go beyond what bookkeeping compliance can provide.  However, one foundational pillar is to have a well-structured Chart of Accounts which is essential in promoting clarity and visibility.  This can be regarded as a defensive posture where the focus in more of the expense side of things.  If all ledger accounts stay the same, but expenses go down, then there will be more profits.  We will look into the expenses incurred by a business over the past (year) to determine what expenses should be looked at more closely to suggest if any reductions can occur.  We will also investigate that proper (tax) deductions are being accounted for which would help lessen the tax liability overall.  By having a clear analysis of all expenses, we can help the client make future decisions that could increase the client’s cash flow (and profitability).  In summary:

Review of past expenses to spot trends or unusual behavior.

Review of present tax deductions to determine if something was missed.

INCOME FOCUS

This side of the equation can be regarded as an offensive posture and is considered more eclectic in terms of the advisory feedback provided.  Every business can have a different response based on what the business itself provides (services, physical products, digital products, etc.).  Every business will have its own way of marketing (online store, retail, social media, etc.) along with the different industry segments that are being targeted for sales.  Here, we access the data and financial analytics of a business in covering areas involving AEO and SEO, marketing, and traffic levels to offer suggestions that could increase sales and profits.  We typically align these services with the Bookkeeping level of service being provided.  In summary:

Required: Understanding of the business personality, what it sells, how it sells, and who is the target audience.

NEW!  Analyze the AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) structure of the website and provide recommendations.

Analyze the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies used by the client and provide recommendations.

Measure the data metrics of the client’s website using Google Analytics to understand the source conversions.

Analyze the client’s website traffic in greater detail regarding total users, views, actions, and traffic sources.

Provide info to the client to help make better data-driven marketing decisions by focusing on the driving metrics.

 

AI FOCUS

There are features we are both investigating and developing regarding AI usage and how we can advise clients in this area.  Several features really belong within our marketing branch of Centsible Experience LLC, as it pertains to ad generation, funnel implementation, and overall marketing practices.  We are determining where the cutoff should be.  That is, what makes sense to be offered in our Advisory Services for Bookkeeping vs. what needs to reside elsewhere since it operates under a totally different business model and pricing package.

Thus, we are not advertising these features yet given the present state of investigation.  However, for some clients, we will offer FREE Beta Testing during the development phase.  We believe AI can be a force to greater profitability, but it needs to be used in a strategic way.  Too many people jump on the bandwagon and lose time and money in the process.  There’s bad AI and good AI.  We desire to be helpful to our clients and responsible in doing so.
